Vancouver Avenue First Baptist Church will host the 19th Annual Drum Major Ecumenical Services & 20th Annual Pastoral Observance on Sunday, January 19, 2025. This year's theme is "Mission Possible: Protecting Freedom, Justice, and Democracy in the Spirit of Nonviolence365" (The King Center).
The 20th Annual Pastor Observance will take place during the regularly scheduled VAFBC Sunday Services at 8am and 10:45am.
The Empower the Dream Annual Inter-Faith & Community Service will take place at 2pm at VAFBC. The keynote speaker will be Rabbi David Kosak, Senior Rabbi at Congregation Neveh Shalom in Portland, Oregon. Music will be provideed by the VAFBC Praise Team & the Pacific Youth Choir.
